In the beginning of the season I predicted Detroit vs San Jose and Boston vs Montreal in the conference final. At midseason I prediced Detroit vs San Jose and Boston vs Washington. I am now predicting Detroit vs Washington in this years Stanley Cup finals. We shall see.

I thought my Flyers were going to choke again last night ! They are stepping it up a notch at the right time.But I can't see them taking out the Devils in a series.And Marty won again last night too with a shutout ! He must have a Superman logo under his jersey.The Devils are once again looking like a well oiled hockey machine !!!

I am watching the Pens/Flyers game at Damon's tomorrow on NBC at 11:30 with a couple friends and the Wisconsin women's hockey plays it's championship game at 11 and the Men's basketball plays at 1:20 against Xavier! I just hope I can see the entire game without it getting pre-empted!

I do wish we had Conklin, but Hossa is a little bit**, Guerrin and Kunitz(SP?) is doing a very good job on Sid's line.
Holland is in negotiations with Hossa and Franzen. I'm sure they will resign Franzen, but Hossa did get some large offers last season, bigger than we can afford. If he gets his ring this season, I can see him opting for financial security elsewhere. I'm hoping we can find a way to keep him. That guy can put the puck in the net!
