NFL 2024-2025 Season

Both hits were bad. So bad his players had to hold him up. The protocol wasnt followed, he did not get the rest for his brain. CTE is all over the NFL.

Now I do not know his high school or collage hits? Concussions and head injuries are cumulative! For some people, the next one can be small, then his whole life and career can end. It is very serious to have concussions, but to try to play through? Certainly not what a Dr would order!
My actual point was that He was the one that caused the hit, not the Defender.

Boy, they are really weak, aren't they? Other than they can't defend the run or the pass, and they can't run the ball or pass the ball consistently, they're not such a bad team. I mean, they do have a decent field goal kicker. Did I leave out the part about how every time they pull off a clutch play, there's a penalty to deal with?

Dallas is an embarrassment, but they'll win 6 or 7 games this year anyway. :)

And paying their QB $60,000,000 (yes…$60 million dollars) per year. What a deal!

Come on! Can't Congress do something to stop this?! The Patriots had to win Super Bowls by using what they had, not just signing whomever mad skills players mid-season.

I don't like it either. It's what the baseball Yankees have been doing for over 100 years. I think it's bad for the sport. What's particularly sickening is that they're doing it now at the college level also, guys changing teams from year to year. How can the fans be loyal, when the players are not?

I'm not sure why you think the gov't. should get involved though. I mean, if some competing company tries to hire you away from your current job, do you think Congress should step in and stop them? It's a business. When the customer gets tired of it and decides it's not right, they can quit using the product. It's certainly not a necessity.

It was meant in jest. Obviously Congress isn't going to get involved.
