Because he injured his knee in week 2 and it required surgery. He's on injured reserve right now.

There isn't an NBA player of "superstar status" that does not over react if he is touched and no foul is called. Mentally soft, that is what some folks think. I didn't anyone recall thinking he soft when he ate the Celtics alive and totally destroyed the Bulls. The NFL, well, that is a different animal. He WOULD get eaten alive. But for ANYONE to take him serious about playing football... well you have to mentally soft as well.
