Well, I'm sure not seeing a stronger TP27 here in the PNW area. A 45-point swing in clear weather on a 20-minute cycle...from a high of 50 to a low of 5 from a 24", very carefully peaked dish??? If that's a stronger TP now than it was a week or two ago, then that 129 sat is truly and utterly a decaying, malfunctioning, barely operational piece of excrement. I'm shocked it's even able to remain in a geosync orbit...

For the record, the STARZ freebie was turned on this morning and

376 FOXNW MOVED FROM Tp 8 ConUS beam on EchoStar 5 at 129w
TO Tp 27 ConUS beam on EchoStar 5 at 129w

I read this and my jaw hit the floor. Had to go verify the change and sad to say it is true. Angels are in Seattle this week in what may be the most important series of the year for M's fans. Great timing Dish! I had ZERO drops on tp8.

They moved 376 to TP27?!? Since 376 has been live, I've never had a drop-out during a home game broadcast. Well, there went that sure thing. What a lame move by Dish!

"Gee, the PNW gets the worst signal from 129, especially TP27. Let's move FSN-NW-HD to TP27...they won't notice."

27 seems to be the parking spot for RSN's not in use. Let's see overnight if they swap it back for tomorrow night's game.

Actually, from what I've seen, I think 27 is the overflow parking for games, when there are more than four RSN games active simultaneously. When there are four games or less, tp27 isn't used.

But Dish must have been listening, because they moved FSN-NW to tp8 this morning, and moved STO to tp27. Probably a better solution.

NO STO should be on 61.5 along with any other Ohio Local call me greedy but with the 22 degree look angle for ohio (well my part in northeast ohio) it is REALLY hard to even get a signal on the 129 that works great.
