What's the Beanpot?

It's the annual college hockey tournament played at the Garden between Boston's four major colleges: Boston University, Boston College, Harvard and Northeastern.

I've been to five semifinals and two championships, and if you're a hockey fan it is a MUST!!!

Yup, I've been to a few Beanpots myself.

Dare I say the intensity in the Garden rivals a Yankees-Red Sox game at Fenway.............ESPECIALLY when it's BU vs. BC!!!! :up

I'm techinally from Rhode Island (but I get your point ).

I have friends that attended Northeastern, so I root for the Huskies.

I thought you knew hockey, dude! Notre Dame hockey is 2nd only to their football. And a Notre Dame vs. Michigan hockey game is an awesome rivalry.

Flyers what a great 4-3 win in OT coming back from a 3-1 1st period deficit!!!!!!!

Flames PPV looks awsome and Edmonton Rogers Sportsnet looks like crap as usual.

The game only confirmed what I already knew and have been saying...we're not a very good team. After it went bad I was actually hoping it would wind up 10-2, or 20-2, or whatever. Something that would shake this organization into doing something.

Another Sunday with Sidney Crosby and or the Detroit Red Wings on NBC.It seems like that they love shoving them at us every week.I wish NBC would go back to regional games and kill that NHL theme music.They both drive me nuts.
