Hopefully they get it all corrected.I have to agree with the confusing billing though.Looks like there would be a simplistic basic math formula that everyone could look at and say yea I get that.I seem to recall Charlie touting simple billing as one of the benefits of Dish having a triple play option once they get the wireless spectrum implemented.They need to make Dish billing simple first.

Just like the "fuzzy math" that comes out of DC, consumer billing, in my opinion, is designed to be so confusing that most folks won't call because they don't want to appear stupid. You should see my oil bill, it makes no sense at all.
