I've got no problem with hard football hits on QB's. I do have a problem with Harrison leading with the crown of his helmet into the face of a player though. Hopefully Harrison will have what's coming to him.

of course. its why we love football. i love the hits. but make them clean hard hits. but for harrison its too late. not only he refuses to adapt but i honestly think he can't change. he's been doing things that way for too long now.

i'd love him on my team jim. but if the guy is going to get suspended almost every year then forget it. you need a guy like that to play for your team every game as long as he's healthy and productive.

Watch again. Harrison's helmet clearly is driven into McCoy's face and his head is flung violently backwards as a result. Leading with your helmet, especially towards someones head is against the rules. Harrison essentially used his helmet as a weapon on a defenseless player.

he wasn't a defenseless player but any part of harrison's helmet should not hit the offensive player's helmet either. correct?

i don't think he's saying that but no player should be purposely bringing down players by helmet to helmet contact. doesn't matter if he's from the browns or steelers.

The fact that Steelers fans (You and Stu) are defending this tackle doesn't make you much better than the unsportsmanlike Harrison himself.

And to answer the rest of your questions, I already said McCoy shouldn't have gone back into the game. Seneca Wallace should've finished. Mistake by the Browns staff. I also said an arm to Ben's helmet by a falling defender isn't the same comparison as the Harrison hit. 2 completely different scenarios. And I'm not sure I even saw or noticed the Mendenhall hit. Was Mendenhall knocked out like Colt? I must've missed that one.

LOL, What are you defending? Ill ask again, GOCONG, coaching staff, Arm Bar....and I have never EVER said that a helmet to helmet hit was okay... Last night's hit was even worse. Helmet to FACEMASK. Indefensible. And a repeat repeat repeat offender no less.
