grab Aerosmith's 1st album and play track 3....
(if you dont know thats "Dream On")

Raiders lost to Miami.....do you really think they can come to the cold and beat Green Bay

But hey if the weather terrorists can be wrong about how much snow we're gonna get I guess I can laugh at your prediction

I'll tell you what...if McFadden returns, the Raiders can beat anybody. The problem is that's a pretty big IF.

Well in those numbers they do not count dropped passes. and as anyone who has watched every snap of his last 7 starts will tell you that adds up to at least 2-3 per game. So when you are only throwing 10-15 times a game that really effects your %.

Lets also add to those who talk about Tebow needing that last interception to win He threw the game wining TD to Thomas and it was right in his hands and he dropped it which forced the broncos to kick the field goal for the tie.. ;)

All QB's have to deal with dropped passes and if all QB's have the same average of dropped passes per game it pretty much cancels out your argument. He is still below average as a QB. Now I will say that he is overall a good NFL player but not a good QB.

not the type of passes these guys are dropping on a regular basis. You want last long on the Patriots dropping the number of passes Decker and crew have dropped. Sure we can put the blame on them getting thrown to so few times they almost forget they are playing the game but still. At this level you need to make those catches more times then not.

Great article about Tebow in the WSJ

What Tim Tebow Can't Do - WSJ.com

That article is a complete farce, like most of the WSJ reporting.. I mean just take the first paragraph

He cannot fly. He cannot see through walls. He cannot talk to the animals, not even cats. He's never picked up an automobile and tossed it across the road. He's failed to publish poetry in Russian. He can't explain Ryan Reynolds.

id bet my first born Tim Tebow can do ALL of those at the same time while feeding an orphan kid in the Philippians at the same time winning the superbowl.

Its a hilarious article, and makes fun of all the talk about him. I thought it was clever. :) I'd like to see him feeding an orphan while winning the Super Bowl. Instead of going to Disney World after the game, he'll go work in a mission. ;) But the article is correct, he can't do much... except win football games :D :D

I know I enjoyed it as well, my post was in jest to continue the article ;)

There is just no way to hate this guy. I mean he gets his first millions and what does he do? Buy a mansion? Buy a lambo? No he builds a hospital for sick kids.

I figured that out as I was commenting. :) It really is impossible to hate this guy. And as a Broncos fan, its been a long time to have something to get excited about (I NEVER was a Cutler fan, in Denver, OR in Chicago).

How is Chicago ahead of Detroit when they split thier games ?

From cbssports.com:

Chicago is the No. 5 seed ahead of Atlanta based on head to head (1-0). Chicago finishes ahead of Detroit based on conference record (6-3 to the Lions' 5-5). Atlanta is the No. 6 seed ahead of Detroit based on head to head (1-0).

I was gonna say, hasn't he already done all that ?
Except for the SB of course !

I was just about to write the same thing.;) I still think the Lions have a shot for a WC considering their remaining schedule:
vs Vikings
@ Raiders
vs Chargers
@ Packers

Most Likely they'll win the 1st 3 and lose to the packers to finish 10-6. Meanwhile I'm also hoping that the Bears and Falcons could finish at just 9-7 (most likely Falcons will be 10-6). Here's their remaining schedules with my expected results:

Bears:
@ Broncos (loss)
vs Seahawks (win)
@ Packers (loss)
vs Vikings (win)

Falcons:
@ Panthers (win)
vs Jaguars (win)
@ Saints (loss)
vs Buccaneers (win)

So the most likely scenario is that the if both the Lions and the Falcons finish 10-6 and the Bears 9-7, Falcons will take the #5 seed and the Lions will take the #6 seed. Note that I haven't even mentioned the Giants and Cowboys because those two teams won't matter because whoever doesn't win the NFC East will be automatically out at this point.
