That's exactly what I'm talking about. The Giants came to Detroit and limped out with a win, and I thought no way were those guys going to make it out of one playoff game, let alone win the whole thing. Most of the country thought the Patriots were going to whip them. Well, we all know how that turned out.

But the thing is, I see NOTHING from these Giants that have made me believe they're a fraud. Besides their 1 hiccup against Cleveland, they look near invincible. I realize that since the playoffs are a single game elimination and not a series, anything can happen. But discrediting what they've done last year and what they may do this year is shear blasphemy.

Please tell me a team that has better running game, a better d-line, a better o-line and an effective passing game?

to me the giants are a more complete team than the titans

and yes like sabres said there is plenty of football left but so far the giants have been very impressive defending their title.

You know what's nuts? Neither Kerry Collins nor Kurt Warner were supposed to play this year. Both the Titans and Cardinals pinned their hopes on Vince Young and Matt Leinart. Given how good those two were in college and how washed up Collins and Warner looked in recent years can anyone think of a bigger surprise? Young and Leinart were supposed to be the next big star QB's in the NFL. Now they're backing up MVP candidates.

Where did this outburst come from Sabres?

No one is "crowning their asses." Those who speak highly of the Giants are just calling it like they see them. Right now they look better than any other team out there. Plus, just last year, they showed the world that they can win the Super Bowl with the style of ball they play. While I realize that anything can happen on any given Sunday, the Giants are most peoples favorites to have success in the playoffs based on their body of work so far.

Unlike other teams the Browns have played, the Bills do not have the All-Pro caliber offensive players that have the capability to exploit the Browns' defense.

Consider:

Dallas- Romo, Owens, Witten

Baltimore- Derek Mason, Todd Heap, Willis McGahee

Pittsburgh- Hines Ward, Big Ben

Washington- Portis, Santana Moss

Denver- Cutler

Buffalo, OTOH, has NO dangerous playmakers.

Sort of goes with the territory of being considered the best team. But I don't think anyone is giving them anywhere near a free pass to anything.

All one has to do is remember the last Super Bowl to keep things in perspective. Not only did the Giants win the big game, they went though both of the 2 top ranked teams in the NFC on the road to get there.

Well, that corner (Eric McDonald) was benched this week for sucking so bad. I expect the Bills to try and expose our questionable secondary. I see Lee Evans having a great game.
