HOW BOUT THEM ARIZONA CARDINALS?!
Play a flawless first half and struggle at times in the second half, but got the big turnover when Seattle was driving late, and are now 7-3.

Oh, and Kurt Warner- 32-44, 395 yards, a touchdown, and some VERY big third-down conversions.

Put a fork in the Chargers. The Broncos win in Atlanta along with the Chargers loss basically wraps up the division.
Thoughts on the Late Sunday Games:
1. Steelers are now 2-2 in these "Defensive Tussles"...just like a snake they are lying there in the weeds.
2. Sorry Sabres, but the Cards win at Seattle is exactly why you can't take them seriously. Nearly 500 yards in offense, yet only 2 TD's....they kick too many FG's. The two turnovers that Warner had also kept Seattle in the game.
3. Tennessee has to be the craftiest team in the NFL.
4. Troy Polamanu just made a bunch of people rip up their cheat sheets.
EDIT: Nevermind number 4, the zeebs just negated the final Steeler TD. Oh well.

Not only that but the Cardinals only had 76 yards rushing. This fun and gun stuff may win the NFC West but it won't work in the playoffs.

Actually , they say there was forward lateral, but after watching it, I didn't see one, I think they screwed up, I think it should have been 17-10 as it was before they tuned it over .... Total points could be important somewhere down the lie in the playoffs.

I didn't see the lateral, either. Bad call, but that has been the norm for the NFL this year.
That bad call blew out the point spread on that game. The Steelers were 5.5 point favorites. With TD they cover. It's not always about who wins and loses, but who covers.

Not that surprised. The Panthers didn't play their best, but they didn't need to. They sure didn't play as bad as they did against Oakland. Winning is the important thing. Next week's game in Atlanta is going to be big. I was surprised to see the Falcons lose today.
Who would have thought that the Cardinals would have the same record as Pittsburgh?
BTW, I just realized something- why is it that when the Tampa Bay Rays had their great season, nobody was questioning how good they were, yet everyone is questioning Arizona?
Remember, the Rays were like the Cardinals of baseball until this season.
