Might not be enough "humble pie" to feed everyone here.
I felt that most of the people who bashed Texas Tech got fed some humble pie, but that's nothing compared to if Penn State won a national title.
Similar for me, but tend to hate the U slightly more due to their defection from the Beast.
I can understand your hatred for Florida, I mean they kicked Ohio States ass up and down the field in an epic beat down to win a National Title, By why Miami? I mean your team stole a National Title from them.
Oh please.....outside of the northern part of the state of Florida, sourthern GA and southeastern AL....no one cares about the Gators. The same cannot be said about The U....I am willing to bet more people love AND hate The U than give a damn about the Gators as a whole.
Try selling out a home game once in a while.

I agree. You'd think that a team that is that incredibly powerful would have found a way to, y'know, not lose at home to a mediocre team like Ole Miss. Certainly, Florida looks very strong and Bama has struggled at times, but it's far from a foregone conclusion that the Gators would win a SECC matchup with the Tide.
The Tide haven't struggled too much...they've only been behind for one minute, fifteen seconds all season. You'd think the number one team in the nation might have a chance in that game, wouldn't you. It's amusing how a team that has at least enough respect to be voted number one is getting dismissed in that game. I can't wait for December 6th.
This is pretty much the same team that LOST to MICHIGAN last year isn't it? Color me unimpressed.
Bama's not losing 2 out of 3 games. Even if LSU managed to somehow find a secondary and a quaterback that have been invisible up to this point, and upset a team that plays better on the road in big games than they do at home, it's not like Mississippi State or Auburn are going to beat them this year. And as bad as last years team was, they were up 2 touchdowns on LSU in the fourth quarter. They just couldn't stop playing stupid long enough to win that one.

Prince was supposed to be the hot new thing in the Big XII a couple of years ago when Kansas St beat Texas. Too bad he couldn't recruit. Half their team is JUCO transfers. That will not get it done in the Big XII.
If you've been to Manhattan, Ks you would know why. They need to learn there was only one Bill Snyder and he was as much a magician as a football coach. Remember K State was the worst football program in th country for 100 Years, before he rode in. Think of a school in a small town in a underpopulated farm state that is 75 miles from a storied basketball school that offers grass and Birkinsocks and all you have is hay and agronomy school.
That's part of the reason I still think Alabama will not go unbeaten. I'm having a hard time seeing a team that lost to Louisiana -Monroe suddenly becoming world- beaters.
