NCAA Football 2007-08

In your best Howard Cosell impersonation - "Down goes Kentucky, down goes Kentucky, down goes Kentucky!" Sorry Ramy. The bubble has burst.

What bubble? Are you kidding? This is the best season they have had since I was 3. I am still happy. :D

Well...spotting someone a 27-0 lead at the half was too much....the comeback was valiant...but not enough...I don't care what anyone says, spotting that big a lead AND WITH 4 turnovers....you are not gonna win.

North Carolina 33...Miami 27

Conference games on the road are a bitch....ask Wisconsin after losing to Illinois 31-26.....;)

3rd quarter starts LSU down by 10... When FLA beats LSU do they deserve a shot at the title? (if they finish the season again with only the Auburn loss)

I would say they belong in the discussion.
With USC losing (a final) and LSU going down, with time to play....
California is IDLE and the Buckeye's Defense leading the way ....
Are the Buckeyes or Cal. # 1 ????

how about a fresh face in the top tier of football. your missouri tigers after manhandling the cornhuskers 41 to 6 are now # 11. next weeks showdown with # 6 sooners. mizzou has a great offense, wide open and fun to watch! if you get a chacnce to see them u will be entertained!

had a fun weekend, wife and friends went to mizzou ( columbia, mo) for the weekend.
elton john was in concert friday night, and the big game last night! the bad part was had to wake up early to day to get back home to go to the rams game, 0 & 5. why is not life always great?

How do they like Gary Pinkel now ?
Seems once he gets HIS players in there he usually does a good job.
I enjoyed his time in Toledo, Ohio, the teams were always good and entertaining.... Is he still running that "Bubble Screen" ?

Pretty much the case - except for Tressel voting for himself all the time.

Tressel is the one coach that is most likely not to vote for his team.

By the way there were two coaches this week that voted for OSU.

LSU should enjoy the #1 while they can. It has been an interesting year so far and it is long from over.

Keep in mind, that in most situations, the COACH does not do the voting, usually it's an AD of sorts, at least thats what they always point out when questioned about it ....

BTW, seeing you ARE allowed to vote for your own school, and you HAVE a TOP team, what is WRONG with voting for your team.

Joe Gibbs retires again
