One of the mock projections had UCLA drawing VCU in a 4-13 matchup.

And I thought Duke was ranked too high.
UCLA is no better than a 6, IMO.
They only have one impressive win to my knowledge- Washington.
Swept by Arizona State, losses to Michigan and Texas- they are not very good, IMO.
Cleveland St. is going dancing and another bubble hopeful bites the dust!!

Cleveland State advances to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1986! What a tense finish! I'm so proud of the players and especially Coach Waters. Did you see him tear up following the buzzer? This means the world to him. And it couldn't have happened to a better guy.

I couldn't of asked for a better day in college basketball. All of my Ohio college teams won today...

Cleveland St's win tonight is going to be a problem for several bubble teams. Given how bad the SEC is this year teams like Florida and South Carolina need to make deep runs to at least the semis, if not finals, to feel comfortable. Anything less will be NIT. Same deal for a lot of the Big Ten teams. USC and Arizona had better come ready to play in the Pac 10 tournament as well. As far as Providence goes I don't even have them on my radar. Beating DePaul tomorrow will do more harm than good since it will weaken their already bad RPI, about 70. If Providence doesn't beat Louisville in the QF then they have no shot.
Hello, everyone, Im back. I havent posted in a couple of days. I went to the library today to print all the conference tourney brackets out.
The thing is I like to be on this site and comment and have my brackets near me because I feel lost w/o them, honestly. Your saying you went to a library, what about home to print the brackets? Well, the economy bites everyone I guess. The printer I got with my computer, doesnt give refills for the ink. So in other words, when im out of ink, instead of going to get it refilled for 5 or 10 bucks like you would, my printer's ink is not available which means spending 40 or 50 bucks on new ink, which is something I dont have right now. So anyway, I went to the library got half way and got half way done.
Seriously, w/o the brackets in front of me I feel lost because its not the same when you dont have them in front of you and if just look on the internet that could be confusing, going from conference to conference.
If anyone was wondering, Im fine and ready to back in the groove.
Now as far as Championship Week goes, what about the MAAC Championship? I thought Sean McDonough and especially Raftery had a good time there. Im surprised ESPN doesnt do more of the smaller conferences because there good games, good atmosphere and I think the bigger conferences gets a little boring after a while or it could be just me.
Congrats to Cleveland St. with a big upset. Congrats, HD!!! Didnt Sabres or someone here say watch out for Cleveland St. because they played Butler so hard a week ago? How about the Big East? It was rumored that 10 teams would go and maybe 7 might get in now. But hey, congrats to Depaul. Dont win a game all year in the conference(?) and won today. GO DEPAUL!!!
