WOW!!!

Gee, I feel like a piker with a 2.66GHz twin Xeon Dual Core (4 cores) Mac Pro and a MacMini 1.83GHz Core2 Duo (2 cores) Folding full time, with a part-time 3.0 GHz P4 HP nx9600 "notebook" (let's be real: it's a transportable workstation with 17" LCD widescreen), but it's been getting these piddly 15-pointers lately.

Hey....What happen to our stats?

Looks like ExtremeOverClocking.com is not up at the moment.

I'm having issues even getting to their DNS servers at bsd-mag.com.

I'd give it a few days......

(I also know that theplanet.com had a MAJOR data center in houston have a fire, and it's offline. Related? I dunno).

I had wondered if the EOC guy had problems with the new EOC Server, but I thought his servers were in-house. Of course, if his ISP was affected... Maybe this is related to why my Firefox takes so long to finish bringing up a page?

Seems to be back up and running now.
I always go here for a backup stats check Kakao Stats - Team Members - SatelliteGuys.US

Looks like it was theplanet issue as to why the EOC stats went offline:
I swear this time it wasn't my fault... Supposedly a transformer or something at my hosting company's facility exploded and 9,000 servers went offline (The Planet facility in Houston). I guess I was down from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning.
Everything should be back to normal now for the most part. I'm still slowly coding the new stats. There's a lot of new stuff and changes, it's very slow going... Maybe one of these days I'll post a few screen shots just to tease you guys.

Well, I'm not racking up the points but I did go over 2,000 WUs this weekend putting me at #3 on the SatGuys team for total WUs completed.

I'll take what I can get!

Go SatGuys!

Congrats 8bitbytes.!! IMHO I believe that the amount of wu is more important than the points, especially if it helps cure anything they are working on!!!

Go Team!!!

Scorpion Thanks for the heads up on the new Nvidia beta driver. It actually works also for my dual ATI 3850's. I do have 5 of the Nvidia Quadro 5700's but just can't get the GPU drivers and or client working yet on those.

Are you using a 8800 or similar?

Go Team we are getting close to over taking Team Firefox.!!!:)

Lately I'm having a heck of a time keeping the SMP clients going and by the time I realize they stopped, the deadline passed.

Yeah I have this same problem on 2 of my smp clients. I have to stop the service then delete the work directory and re-start the service and then they will run through until next one.

Have you tried this link for the client? Its suppose to be for the Quadro cards.

Still working on getting the correct modded driver on the machine. I tried the modded 177.35
mod for the fx570 and the beta 7 client and no such luck. I will hopefully be able to test the cuda beta driver kit tonight. Thanks for the info.

:)

Yeah, finally got the right drivers. Had to go to the Mobile to go place and got the right driver and inf mod for Vista 64 and FX570. Have 2 clients running now getting about 5-6 hour units worth 492 points. That is actually better than I expected out of a 256 Meg graphics card. Seems weird though as my 2 ATI 3850 with 1 gig of memory each do 193 point wu in about half that time so I would say the Nvidia is definitely getting more points versus wu's. Well any way Go Team!!!
Thanks again Scorp for all the assistance and the link for the beta 7 client!!
