Woo-hoo! I finally made the Folding Millionaires Club! It only took a year and a month or so...

Congrats Foxbat. I always thought you were in the 1mil club but due to the 2 account issue it wasn't reporting right.

If you add the two Foxbat accounts, I have 1,000,262 points and 943 WUs. EOC hadn't caught up yet (8:30am EDT), but the Kakao Stats has it.

FWIW, Kakao shows SatelliteGuys.US as breaking into the top 100 teams in THREE YEARS!

And speaking of stats; Satin, what are you using to get those 15 point WUs? I see you've had several over the last day.

Heck I have no idea what is causing those 15 pointers. The slowest machine I have is a Dell latitude D610. maybe that's the one, I haven't looked in a while what WU's get what pts.

My other machines are all dual-cores, but they all flaked out about 2 weeks ago and I didn't realize it.

I've had three 15 point ones as well. Not sure what I'm doing to get them either.

I've got another 40 or so to go before crossing that bridge. I noticed my Windows XP notebook got a couple of those 15 pt WUs, but they seem to take less than a day to finish. Hopefully, I'll pass 1,000 WUs this month.

I have experienced the 0.0.0.0 my self the last 3-4 day's.
Mine seem to come back after about 10 minutes or so, using mainly windows xp machines with a few Vista workstations.

Is anyone having problems sending to the server? I have been getting "Attempting to send results" for a couple of days now. In the Fahlog.txt I see "Cannot connect to work server(results)." It is trying to send to is http://171.64.122.76:8080/ this address times out when I type it in my browser. I using version 5.03 of the GUI client.

Here is the server status page, Folding@Home server status, where you can check to see if a server is up and if it is being worked on or accepting completed WUs.

looking at the server stats it looks like your server is in reject mode. there is a forum for asking questions about specific servers

it seems that server is a fallback server and has had a lot of issues.

There is a sticky here too on what to do when you think a server is in trouble

which seems to imply it will work eventually.

Thanks guys I looked through their forum and didn't see those. The WU uploaded today was from a computer at work the one my home computer is connected to is still not working. But it looks like they know about it.

I'm getting some problems sending results on the standard Windows GUI client (6.01 beta 2). Here is the error I am getting:


[14:02:39] - Error: Length of work/wuresults_01.dat (44972465) exceeds packet limit set (26213376)
[14:02:39] - Error: Could not transmit unit 01 (completed May 11) to work server.

Any idea how I can force the upload?

I've been away in training classes all this week, but I see that the SatelliteGuys.US Folding Team passed the 15,000,000 Point milestone a few days ago! Great effort everyone!!! :up :up :up
