So far so good with the new server. Everything seems to be loading very quickly at the current time.

Good morning, as promised I will be working on tweaking things here and there. But what I am doing should not cause any real issues.

I will be applying the first set of changes to the database server this morning so you might see a brief period (under 2 seconds) where the database server is being restarted to apply the changes.

Well, last night I wasn't! My Cox Internet went away for 2 hrs. So, when that came back, SG was doing fine already. (I refuse to browse SG on my gosh darn phone...)

Man... good thing we moved last night... as the other server has been down for about a half hour now. I called support and am told a portion of their datacenter is having issues which they are working to resolve. I guess this server is in the still working part of the data center.

I just installed the server backup software which required a reboot. Total time from pressing reboot until we were back online... 27 seconds.

I am in shock.
