Sometimes a bad call against a team can actually work in their favor. Ball 3 to Freese was actually strike 3. Since he got one more swing, he lined into a DP.

Like I mentioned earlier, he was calling them early, now he isn't. That's bad umpiring. Ripken even mentioned it in the first couple of innings, calling it "hunting for strikes".
