No doubt, injuries are a key factor and it showed today. Denver allowed 29 points scored against them without Von Miller..
yet his replacement got a pick six

Yep...so that cancels THAT injury for this game.
Don't look now, but the second AFC Wild Card is wide open. Not only are the Broncos and Raiders tied for first in the West, but there's now a four way tie for that last playoff spot.
Weeks ago it seemed very unlikely that more than one team would come out of the West (or South, for that matter)....now's it's very possible
and if AP played instead of Gerhart as running back how many more plays did the Vikes have to chew up the clock?
seriously we could play this game all night. Point being that "sir Teblow" wasnt the reason why Denver won (contrary to what some people think)
It's still not coming from the West, it'll be the North.
Steelers and Ravens.
Right, despite his 2 passing Tds, and his rush for the two point conversion. Had nothing to do with him...
so the 10 GIFT WRAPPED points they got (due to 2 horribly thrown INT's by Ponder) had nothing to do with it huh?
Sure helped. Football is still a team game. But its amazing the effect one player can have.. Take the colts for example.. Super bowl contenders. Lose 1 guy and win 0 games.
Read my post again. I said SECOND Wild Card.
and both of his passing TD's were already noted above with the Vikes CB's doing the "oh no biggie I got the safety to help me....oh s**t I dont". Any QB could have made those two throws for TD's....
but the pick 6 and the INT to the 20 or so at the end of the game to set up the GW FG were good reasons why
nope wasnt that. All 3 passes that were like that it was the exact same thing with the CB thinking the safety would help. Our front line could contain the runthat or it was the CBs thinking "oh Tebow cant throw let me go foward to protect him from running, oh crap look this guy is now open!"
As far as I'm concerned, the Vikings Ponder gift wrapped the game to Denver when he threw the INT in the last few minutes of the game in his own territory.
Any team should be able to win when they get the ball around the opponents 35 yard line when a FG will win it.
I really don't see how Tebow won it, looked more like Ponder lost it, had he not thrown the pick to give the ball to Tebow where he did they would have ran the clock out and went to OT.
there was only a minute or so left in the gameEven if the interception does not happen The Defense still has plenty of field to defend and force a punt or force over time.
wouldn't have happened. Again there was only a minute + left on the clock in the 4th when the Vikes got the ball. And lets say they do force the punt Tebow had all 3 time outs and 1-2 mins would of been left on the clock.
seriously dude you can argue all you want but Ponder lost the game for the Vikes more than "sir Teblow" won it for Denver
I will just let the records continue to speak for themselves. 1-4 now 6-1... What changed? Orton out Tebow in. .
they switched from a passing team to a running team...that changed too
