The ACC, IMHO, is shaping up to be an interesting race: Miami, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, and Virginia Tech are the four favorites.
So being All-Big Ten honorable mention means he STUNK??!! That does not say much of your conference IF we use THAT logic.
Sorry, I didn't make the comment of their being plenty of QBs that were not good in college that are 'outstanding in the NFL". I just wanted you list of plenty. Jimbo stated Brady stunk in college....yet he was Honorable mention Big Ten QB of the year both years he started. I would say he was pretty good.
My comments were based on WHY I think he was staying in college for 4 years. He ain't a NFL propect. And a guy that was the most sought after college QB in ALL of football not being close to being a propect..... For his sake, he will make an AMAZING improvement.
Sandra
My INITIAL POST stated WHY he more than likely stated he was staying in college. ANY PLAYER coming into college as THE most recruited player in ALL of the US...he is using college as a stepping stone to the NFL. Period. They are not in college to get an education.
Let me ask you something....if you had the most sought after QB in ALL of high school....wouldn't you expect SOMETHING that resembles ALL that hype after 2 seaons?
You've already declared Terrelle Pryor's NFL chances dead as a doornail, and you may be right. But you may be wrong.
All we're saying is let's give him (hopefully) two more years with Ohio State before we decide for certain what he will or won't be in the NFL. This entire conversation is ridiculously premature.
Sandra
I don't believe you will be doing any laughing after that game... and I may be wrong on point spread but I do believe Miami is going to win that game.
There he goes again.. it's not all about him, he does have a team but he's all talk about what he can do for himself. I've never seen him as a leader, he might be able to hit some good targets with his arm but no leader.
