YOU TUBE not showing in Extras menu

You Tube is not showing up in my Extras menu. I have a internet connection, ive been downloading on demand shows all day.
Ive reset the receiver and still nothing. This is a new HR23-700 I just got last Monday. So its been 9 days and still NO YOU TUBE.
Any ideas?

It is odd, generally it shows up in a day or two if it isn't there right away. Are you on the national release or CE? Which number?

Try rebooting it and see what happens.When it didn't show for me I rebooted by hitting the red button and it came back

Rebooted several times, still not showing up.

My You Tube is gone, no apps (arrow right), no logos on Quick Tune.

HR20/700 with 0x65a SW dl on 12/14/12 I have 3 other HR20's with same issue. All hardwired.
