Wireless genie mini's not connecting

Installed a replacement Genie to correct a bad HDMI output issue with original Genie. Activated and set up the Genie. Now the 2 wireless genie mini's will not connect to the video bridge. Have gone thru the reset many times. Genie recognizes the video bridge. Mini's have blinking red LED and will not connect. These were working fine before Genie replacement. I was a Directv retailer before AT&T cut me off and have installed many of these systems' but i am stumped on this one.

Not certain about the terminology but you have to do a "full reset"
I know on the minis it using a paper clip in the reset hole for > 30 seconds.
Don't remember on the Genies but would "factory reset" it as well
Then can install as if new and should work.
