Trouble-Shooting an EPG issue.

What might casue a STB (in my case a 6000 & 301) to not download EPG information even when the box is turned off?

CSR told me that downloads only happend betwean 3-4 am ...is this true?

no not true mine always downaloading about 12:05 am every day or 15 min after i turn ther unit off at night after 1205
