Software glitches

I cant access BlockBuster@home. the screen goes black then it goes back to live tv. Tried everything.

I have #5 esp. if I go to 15x speed I'll see the spot I want to watch push play and hello it is 10 to 15 minutes ahead of that spot!
As far as auto hop I was told that was dependent on the network allowing show to have it??

Autohop does not work with live programming like sports or news. It never has by design.
