Schefter reports on Mike & Mike this morning that the Broncos have traded Brandon Marshall to the Dolphins in exchange for 2 second-round picks, this year and next...

The fins finally got their WR!!! Rey should be excited. B. Marshall is one of the best in the game!
Yep, they were discussing Marshall's numbers over the last three seasons and the impact this trade will have on the upcoming draft as well as both the east and west divisions of the AFC.

Damn....feel bad for Brady Quinn. He can't catch a break. He was probably looking forward to having a beast to throw to....

As much as this is a step forward, it will be a bigger step backward if they get rid of Ronnie Brown, which was rumored last week. He's been trade bait a few times over the last couple seasons. Their wildcat offense is awful when Brown is not in the game, as seen most recently when he was hurt last season. QB is a bit uncertain for them at the moment too, Pennington was re-signed, but just to be the 3rd guy, behind Henne and White. It's Henne's team, we'll see what he can do his first year starting the season as such after leading them 7-7 last year.

I just wonder if they're going to keep trying to trade Ginn now, or let him just be a special teams specialist, and occasional WR (which he's fairly bad at). Takes a lot of pressure off of getting him the ball outside of special teams.

Regardless, the Running Back position should be their #1 selection in the draft. Ronnie is an injury hazard and Ricky Williams, is well, Ricky. Besides that, they've got nothing. If it all works out though, this has the potential to become a much more balanced attack.

GOD I hate to defend the Dolphins, but the Wild Cat was GREAT when BOTH Brown and Ricky were healthy. Henne, is a very good QB. Especially when he WR corp is almost as bad as my Raiders WR corp. Ginn is USELESS as a WR because he is afraid to go up the middle with his crocodile arms and no clue hwo to get off the line of scrimage.

Special Teams is ALL that he is good for.

Ricky Williams is a very good back as long he is not the FEATURED back. When they were both healthy, they got almost 1600 yard between the both of them. Insinuating that they have a bad running game is just not true. They have a very good, young offensive line AND now a #1 WR that is a game breaker.

They have ALOT more than YOUR team and MY team COMBINED!:(

Ricky Williams can't throw, this is part of the reason Ronnie Brown was effective as a Wildcat runner and why it sputtered when Ronnie was injured last season.

That is why they thought Pat White would work. IF Teabow would have come out LAST YEAR, Teabow would have been their 2nd round pick instead of White.

And I agree with you.

IF Teabow were not drafted this year.....they will give him a tryout just because they really believe in the Wild Cat and NO ONE ran it better when things were right.

Never said they had a "bad running game". I did say they have a lot riding on an injury prone back (Brown) and an aging backup (Ricky). But when healthy, they sure do have a great running game! Add to that they now have balance in the receiving game, and look out!

I don't pay much attention to the 'Fins, but what about Pat White? Is he capable of running the wild cat if Ronnie goes down?
