NFL preseason 2010-2011 Official discussion thread!

He probably wants too much money. He's got the hype machine going now, so must be a team or two close enough to want him.

Bengals came right out and said that they aren't signing him unless they have injuries decimate their WR corps.

What's the deal with T.O.? why won't anyone sign him, is he really just old and slow and a distraction, or does he have some sort of suspension due?

I think he has been humbled playing in Buffalo...and would be a great pick-up for alot of teams. Imagine, he had 5 TDs and almost 900 yards from THAT offense and some shlep paying quarterback.

You know who's the perfect fit for T.O.?

New England. A seasoned team that would put his ego in check.

Plus, can you imagine Randy Moss, Terrell Owens and Wes Welker lining up 3 deep to catch bombs from Tom Brady?!

Forget the Miami Thrice, you'd have the New England 4-some right there!

I think Moss would veto it. They have had a long standing pissing contest from day one. But IF he could check his ego for the sake of the team, that would help New England a TON.

I'm a Bills fan through and through, but this year's team could be really awful.

They have a laughably bad passing game with weak-armed wimp quarterbacks (especially compared to the rest of the AFC East), three running backs, and no defense.

I have this sinking feeling that Buffalo may end up with the worst record in the AFC, if not the entire league.

All you fans of other teams that have seen your team struggle recently (HD, Salsa, Sky)- compared to the Bills, you are making steps in the positive direction.

I bleed Buffalo blue and red, but it may be a long, long year for the Bills.

Colt McCoy signs with Browns

I believe that this is the 1st First round pick to sign a contract this year.

Just one day before rookies are due to report for training camp, the Cleveland Browns secured their potential quarterback of the future.

Third-round pick Colt McCoy agreed to a four-year deal Thursday worth up to $5 million, according to a league source. The normal slot is approximately $3.275 million. But McCoy got the "quarterback premium," which shows the faith Cleveland has in McCoy as its long-term solution at quarterback.

McCoy was a four-year starter at the University of Texas. Last season he threw for 3,521 yards and 27 touchdowns and completed 70.6 percent of his passes. McCoy is expected to begin training camp as the third quarterback behind Browns starter Jake Delhomme and veteran backup Seneca Wallace.

No suspension for Browns’ Shaun Rogers
