Handful of suspensions became official yesterday...

Lendale White 4 games - Violation of the performance enhancing substances policy

Hollis Thomas 8 games - Violation of the performance enhancing substances policy
- This may have ended Thomas' career, he has signed to play with the UFL's Omaha Nighthawks next season.

Vincent Jackson 3 games - Violation of the personal conduct policy (plead guilty to his 2nd DUI in February)

IMO DUI should be a harsher penalty than steroids.

1st one should be 2-8 games based on severity, 2nd should be the season.

I see that Dre Bly is coming back to the lions, well thats the one area I think they still need some upgrade in as I am unsure what the other players they have brought in can do at CB

I always like Dre, but didn't care for the way he left before ....

The guy sucked in Denver and is highly over-rated, and just getting older.

He's still got PLENTY more coming from Oakland .....
They still have to pay off the tab on him even though he's no longer there, right ?

Actually the raiders filed a grievance after he was released to get like 9 mil of his bonus money back. This incident helps their cause, but if they have no previous violations of corrective action to show his release was due to cause or something they really don't have a case.

You can't get a refund because a player sucked.

Otherwise, yeah I think they still have to pay him like 3 mil this year.
