I've never been a Ron Borges fan, but I was happy to see him call out the Patriots offense in today's Boston Herald.

Ray Lewis and Lardarius Webb are both out for the remainder of the season. Lewis suffered a "full tear" of his triceps muscle, and Webb has a torn ACL in his left knee.

Wow!! Has the AFC ever been more wide open? I think Houston has to be considered the favorite, but they had their first real test last night at home, and failed miserably.

exactly. i'm still not convinced about the texans. if they are the favorites the AFC is doomed.... DOOMED!!!!! ;-)

Feels like the NFC is has become the 'It' conference right now- they've won 4 of the last 5 Super Bowls (and that took a final minute Steeler drive) after winning 6 of 7 from 2000-2006. Shades of the early-to-mid 90s in a way (one conference is superior, though the SB's are more competitive than in that era)

If you write something every week for 12 straight years, it's sooner or later going to be true.

1 for 6 in the Red Zone is pathetic, though. I know everyone was on Brady today but to me that game was on McDaniels. 58 passes is way way too many especially in a game you're leading most of the way.

As usual Rey, you nailed it!! And I agree that the Pats will PROBABLY win the division, but this time by default. If I were a neutral fan (which obviously I'm not), I would root for the Dolphins....they are the ultimate underdog story.

Division winners are tough to predict because you can win a division and be in a lousy division. So if the Pats do win the AFC East, will it be because the Pats are that good or everyone else is bad?

I think right now it is wide open but its still early. You never know who might get hot at the right time. When the Steelers won Super Bowl 40, didnt they get hot at the right time? You just never know.

Looks like AFC West is still wide open...thanks a great comeback by the Broncos.

Ok, after feeding that B.S. .... I think I just threw up in my mouth and I will shower now.

I agree with Salsa, and found myself rooting for the Broncos. Someone note the date and time.

According to ESPN Stats & Information, the Chargers had a 98.5 win probability at halftime.

2 teams with winning records in the AFC with the Ravens and Texans at 5-1. 7 teams at 3-3.

There are more teams in the NFC West with winning records than the entire AFC

Steelers tend to get on a roll towards the end of the year to get into the Post Season yearly.

Wow, what a comeback by the Broncos. Largest comeback on a MNF game ever.
