If the Bengals could just convert on a 3rd down they would only have one loss. They are dead last in the NFL in 3rd down conversions.

The Redskins are looking like they are hitting their stride and may give the Giants next week a good game.

If the Raiders had really out played them, then they would have won.

i understand what he means. i've been there with the fins this season. the game where we had over 400yds passing and over 100yds rushing, bunch of sacks and int's on defense but still lost. you can outplay statistically another team and still lose. i can say that the rams outplayed us yesterday but the fins still won. at the end the only stat that really matters is wins and losses.

The Raiders haven't been the same since Jason Campbell broke his collarbone last October.

Remember, his injury was WHY they made the Palmer trade.

Can't blame the season on Palmer. The Raiders shoulder be 3-3. But it is what it is.

When you are dead last in the NFL and they would convert some more and just be middle of the pack then YES RIGHT!!!

could've, would've doesn't get it done in the NFL. if miami would've made two field goals they'd be 5-1 on top of the AFC east. not that it would be matter because NE still owns that division and will win it again.

2 straight losses to teams you should have beat and a choke job in baseball can lead you mood swings...

Decaf.

You are some piece of work. I have no mood swing going on or whatever you want to call it. I was just stating that they were playing awful on 3rd down.

It's always nice to wonder what would have been.

it is but sometimes it can hurt as well. those 2 loses by miami over a field goal made me sick. i had no expectations for them this season but they're playing better than what most thought so my dumbass is now into their games

Week 6 wackiness from FoxSports.com:

  • A team rushed for 227 yards and lost (Dallas).
  • A team rushed for 19 yards and won (Miami).
  • A team that had averaged 83 rushing yards a game more than tripled that output to win (the New York Jets).
  • A team committed 16 penalties and won (Detroit).
  • A team that had won its past two games by a 79-3 margin was drummed 26-3 at home by the New York Giants (San Francisco).
  • A quarterback matched his interception total for the entire season with three in one half and still led his team to victory (Matt Ryan/Atlanta).
  • A quarterback who suffered a concussion just one week earlier rushed for 138 yards (Robert Griffin III/Washington).
  • A kicker who tied the score late with a career-long field goal missed a much closer attempt at the end of regulation in a game his team would ultimately lose (Jay Feely/Arizona).

There's the parity the NFL wants! LOL! ADD to that there is only 3 teams with a winning record in the AFC....crazy...

As usual Rey, you nailed it!! And I agree that the Pats will PROBABLY win the division, but this time by default. If I were a neutral fan (which obviously I'm not), I would root for the Dolphins....they are the ultimate underdog story.
