Youv'e also taken top teams from other conferences to make your conference as good as it is.
Next you know, Oklahoma and Texas will join your conference and you'll still call it the SOUTHEASTERN.

Must have. Last year, 9 out of 14 had winning records. 7 out of those 9 were in the top 25. 6 out of those 7 were in the bcs top 10. That's Damn impressive, and leaves the bottom half of the conference little room to wiggle. Hard to bend that math to be against the conference.

Want to talk about talent here is an interesting fact
Dominating the NFL draft: The SEC couldn't have won all those BCS titles without a little talent here and there. In last month's NFL draft, the league had 63 players drafted. That's a record for any league. The next closest was the ACC with 31 picks. The SEC had 32 players drafted within the first three rounds, including 12 in the first round.

OU already said no when they tried to get them to come with a&m and Texas is too stuck up to go. If OU had to go anywhere it would be Pac 12 or Big 10.
For those other southern commentators.
Big 12 had 8/10 teams with winning records and those 8 teams were ranked at one time or another last season till they started knocking each other off not to mention 9 out of 10 teams in the bowl games everyone is so proud off. Check those stats because stats show Big 12 was strongest top to bottom conference the last 2 seasons.

Remember that LSU Alabama snooze fest where no one could score? Intersting thing to note that 22 defensive players from that game were drafted in the NFL.. and 7 are finishing school this year and expected to be drafted as well.. Wonder if that is why it was so hard to score..

Except you had a losing record in the bowls. Just fyi.
With there being more bowl games than needed and being able to get to a bowl game with being .500 its not such a big deal to make it. But if you do make it you should win it. Not stink up the place like FLA did
But hey FLA has as many BCS titles as the entire big 12 does It is worth noting though that last year my conference power rankings did have the Big 12 at #2
1. SEC
2. Big 12
3. Pac 12
4. ACC
5. Big 10
(we dont count the big east.)
And for the record you can switch #3 and #4 and I wouldnt care.

There is only 1 bowl game that anyone really cares about. The rest no one gives a flying flip about. It is just a vacation and party. I've said this for years. If you get a win great no one cares unless there is an upset by a team trying to prove a point.
Whoopee-do we won the mama's pancake bowl in tumbleweed georgia, no one cares and next year espin will rename it to the big daddy pork chops bowl and everyone still wont care.

Biggest difference is you sec guys care about your conference, I don't.
I care about MY TEAM, could care less about the rest most of the time.
You guys think that if the sec won, then your team won, usually thats correct for one of you guys, but not for all.
