NCAA Football 2011-2012

Hey Hogs!
Hey Hogs!
Hey Hogs!

We just beat the hell out of you!
Rammer Jammer, Yellowhammer, give 'em hell, Alabama!

Finally the Pokes are looking good in Aggieland. Awesome comeback so far. I've been going crazy having to watch this on my iphone and listen on the radio up till now.
Someone wasn't thinking and scheduled the kids football game at the same time today. Don't know what they were thinking.

Wow, Miami down, good ending.

And Clemson over FSU. Honestly didnt expect that. one.

I didn't catch the miami game.. hard to watch 3 at the same time. VT Won in nice fashion against Marshal and with the current results and possible other upsets tonight that should put them in the top 10 with Clemson coming in at #13 or14 in to a very very big game in Lane Stadium next weekend! Gonna be a very loud and fired up game since its a rare event its scheduled past 4pm on a Saturday night!!! Thursday night games are really insane but this may go beyond that...very hostile environment for Clemson to come into much like it was 5 or so years ago when they came in #10 and VT tore them a new hole. GO HOKIES!!

Here comes the Clemson hype... Theat beat an FSU team that has a freshman QB in his first start, and its key receivers all out on injury and some big defensive players out hurt and only won by 5 points?

Does this tell us how bad Clemson is? or how deep FSU really is?

Hype or not, they're getting it done.

VT beat Marshall and you expect to MOVE UP ?
Seriously ?

Just because you win, doesn't mean you move up.

Yea you damn right Seriously.... move up at least one but there are a few teams that lost today in the top 12 so yeah I see a few spots they are moving. Marshall played good.

The only reason S.Carolina is ahead of them is SEC Bias and Lattimore getting Heisman voters all horny for some odd reason.

Marshall can barely get on the same field ... your giving your team WAY too much credit.

Most teams when they win a game that they should clearly win, they stay where they were.

I'm giving them just credit as deserved from winning and being 4-0 for a change... a few teams lost in top 12 so they will drop a bit. I predict them going to #10 or #11 tomorrow at least...I think that's a fair assessment at least until they dismantle Clemson next week as they did in 2006.

I'll be east side stands.. 40 yard line towards student side.. be in Maroon, I'll be waving at ya ;)

A few weeks ago Ohio State, then 17, beat a pretty good Toledo team, they didn't move up while others lost ... Not talking of just this year, many times when the Bucks were very good, they would beat the team they are playing and NOT move up.

Marshall is not ranked, why should VT move up, HOW many ahead of them lost ?

I guess it sounded like you thought they should move up on thier game, not soooo. Now the fact othrs ahead lost, it's possible.

Had all the teams ahead of them also won, did you think they would still be moving up ?

I'd have to look at stats of each game played... if all won and VT or any other team over another had better stats on a win then yes that team should move up over another.

As for tomorrow, two teams in top 12 lost - they will drop a bit. Just depends on a lot of factors but I still see them going #10 or #11 tomorrow

On another note, Toledo lost a close game to OSU, then got manhandles (as expected) by Boise St., then l\played a game against Syracuse .... had the game won really, ended up losing in OT, however, when Syracuse scored thier last TD (extra point would tie) at 30 .... with I think it was about 2 to go, anyways Syracuse MISSED the XPT, but the officials gave it to them and it cost Toledo the game, as it then went into OT, when Toledo should have won the game outright 30-29.

I don't know where my head was,for some stupid reason I was misreading the scoreboard between the Boise State-Tulsa game & thought that Tulsa was creaming the Broncos 20-0(I obviously wasn't paying attention to the game). So I turned off the TV & took a nap. When I woke up,I see that Boise State is leading 41-14(now 21). I was giving Tulsa Boise State's points. Well,my head's out of my a** now & I'm paying attention to the game.

wow Maryland, thanks for making Conference USA look spectacular.
and here i was thinking the ACC might look respectable this year. so far only Clempson has beaten anyone of note. Miami did as well, but Ohio St. was missing a lot of players, and they sucked in their other 2 games.
My Jackets are undefeated, but we haven't really played anyone either.

Big East Expansion?

When will Ohio State get the final resolution from the NCAA?
