NCAA Football 2008-09 Season

Vandy still has three winnable games- at Kentucky (who may be hungover from today's heartbreaker), home against Tennessee (they're awful) and up-and-down Wake Forest.

Do you see them winning at least ONCE?

I agree. :up

If someone held a gun to my head tonight to pick a National Champion, I would have to go with the Gators.

The Gators have four games left:
Nov. 15 vs. South Carolina, Nov. 22 vs. the Citadel, Nov. 29 @ Florida St. and then the SEC Championship against Alabama.

BTW, did the carriage turn into a pumpkin on the Commodores, or what?
I hope The Citadel is getting paid well for that game. Did any of you guys hear Lou Holtz say that he believes South Carolina will give Florida a run for their money? !sadroll When will he quit shilling for ND and South Carolina? Florida could beat South Carolina by 4 TD's without Tebow.

Normally, when teams have lots of injuries, they crumble (see Cowboys, Dallas).

Cinci is playing good football in spite of the injuries, and have lost just twice- and losing to Oklahoma and UConn is nothing to be embarassed about, unlike Tennessee lost to Wyoming or Michigan against Toledo.

Cowboys have no more injuries than any other NFL team at this point in the season.

Vandy's best shot may be against Tennessee. Those guys pulled an Oakland Raiders today. Kentucky will be favored against Vandy and Wake is much better than the Commadores.

Give him a break, he's FAMILY .....

Florida could NOT beat them by 4 TD's without Tebow
It would be interesting to see though :D

So what's up with the greatest team of all time, somehow better than last year's greatest of all time USC team, up only 10-3 on Cal tonight?

The Florida-Florida St. game on Thanksgiving Weekend is looming VERY large, IMO.

The Gators will be favored even though it's in Tallahassee, but if the Seminoles can beat Florida AND the Gators beat Bama in the SECCG.......that opens up a spot for another team in the MNC.

Thats NOT happening Bill

Earlier, I said the Doak Walker Award is a toss-up between many great candidates.

On the other side, do we even NEED two other finalists for the Biletnikoff? Crabtree is an absolute LOCK for that award!

Michael Crabtree is awesome. I just pray for his sake that he doesn't get drafted by Oakland or Detroit. Seriously. I'd play in the Arena League or in Canada before I'd sign with those teams.

and he goes to teh Detroit Lions in the 2009 NFL draft.
This time it would actually be a good choice.

Holy Crap, West Virginia just sent the game into OT with a 52 yard FG (after a successful onside kick).

13 points in last minute plus (including an intentional safety) has tied the game at 20!
