I'm amazed that Syracuse has become this good.
I thought they'd take a hit witout Flynn and Devendorf, two strong contributors to last year's team.
This is the best start in their history- hard to believe that for all the great teams and players the Cuse had- Pearl Washington, Carmelo Anthony, John Wallace, Carmelo- this is their fastest start.

Ha ha. Sandra. You must know what I'm going through. How do you St. John's fans deal with it?I agree, it's a tough one for UConn...but you never know!

Indeed. We always seem to have tough games with Cuse, no matter who is favored.
Should be "fun"
As expected...the 'Cuse - UConn game was an absolute dog fight....with Syracuse possibly getting a lucky break. This game will help the 'Cuse later in the year.
I don't buy that excuse for a second. There is enough left over to still be good. We have 10 McDonald's AA's for God's sake! Carolina should be about 18-6 right now. Instead we are 13-11. That's pathetic! dook shoots 30% for the game and beats us. WTF is that about? I've never seen such a group of underachievers and quitters in my life.Anders, let's be honest- they lost pretty everyone from the team that had an awesome three-year run (Hansbrough, Green, Lawson).
When you lose players like that, it's not going to be easy.

When was the last time a team who won the Championship the year prior, didn't make the NCAA Tournament the following year?
What was that lucky break?
