Don't ya love the appeal process, while I agree that there should be one, it seems IF your team has a BIG series coming up, you get to play regardless.

Mattingly not cutting it in LA ?

Wish they would wait till the end of the season, as a Tigers fan, I would like to see Mike in Detroit.

IF George were still around, I would say Mattingley would be going to NY soon.

Not really. With no outs that line drive looked like Cano might catch it. They had to hold up or be doubled up. Turns out they were tripled up! It's the proverbial rock and a hard place.

Well it took less than 2 weeks to see Bud's latest blunder of Interleague every day

Twins and Mets postponed because of crappy weather....was cancelled early this morning. Since the Mets and Twins dont play each other anymore this year the makeup day is in August
So they play the Chisox for 4 games
then the Mets as a makup on the 19th
then hit the road to play Detroit
oh which is a 17 games in 17 days thing now

looking at the Mets schedule they are on their way back from a west coast trip to stop before they head home

So much for that. I got the alert from MLB at bat and brought it up on MLB.tv. The very first batter I saw gets a hit.

ISo much for Boston and NY being at the bottom of the division. The blue Jays were hit with something that new York know very well about Jose Reyes only a matter of time before he is out of the line up.

Predictions on paper mean very little until 162 games are played.

The Red Sox trade of Josh Reddick for Andrew Bailey last year was looking like Bagwell/Anderson II , but now, with Reddick hitting .108 and Bailey with 7 strikeouts and no runs in five appearances and Hanrahan off to a rocky start, all of a sudden that trade looks pretty good.

I don't see the big deal, teams make up games all the time.
