Looks like I'll have to go to the Red Wing type of schedule, so I can be awake for the LATE night games on the west coast, or at least an hour behind in St. Louis.

Not only do the Yankees lose with Swisher being one of the culprits but Nick Swisher's wife, the uber hot Johanna Garcia, her show "Animal Practice", that was on NBC got cancelled as well.

Cards puttin a spakin on them G-Men

Lincecum stunk it up yet again. Couldn't even make it out of the 5th.

Well, it's beginning to look like another Detroit-St. Louis World Series. More memories of Mickey Lolich, Denny McLain, Bob Gibson, Curt Flood, etc. to relive. We shall see.

We will be hearing a lot about 06 for sure, if it is the cardinals. I think leyland though has different preparations this time around

Read this morning In regard to leyland coming back. Sounds like its up to him if he wants to come back or not.

Detroit — Amid the celebration of their American League Championship Series victory just outside the clubhouse, Tigers president and general manager Dave Dombrowski reveled in the success of the team's first trip to the World Series since 2006.

And IF the Cardinals make it to the WS dont forget thr more recent memories of Granderson, Polanco, Verlander, Eckstein, Molina and Wainwright.

Always nice to see the GOOD things NFL players do
