MLB 2010 Season

That means they must be showing the KCAL9 feed? I cannot watch it on MLBNet because it is blacked out in my area. I am watching it on KCAL9. If it is the same feed, why do they need to black it out?

they want you to watch it locally. If the game is on your local RSN or OTA you are blacked out. I'm blacked out of all Twins & Brewers games on MLB Net/ESPN

Dodgers made some trades to get some help in Lilly (OK pitcher), Theriot (slight upgrade at second), and Dotel (much need bullpen help). To bad they still suck and their season is over.

MLB EI it is the normal commercials that everyone in the local market sees. In most cases EI on D* just remaps the RSN feed.

When the EI freeview was on it was hilarious to see some of the commercials...there were some that I saw on 4SD that were very humorous :)
A real funny one is on the Blue Jays broadcast for a hot dog company. They end it with "we make wieners. We're not Noah's Arc" :D

NBA LP & NHL CI sometimes take the raw feed and then D* has to insert their own commercials

Thats what I use to love about the C-Band, all the wild feeds and raw feeds .... almost make me want to start over with it again ..... :)

Youkilis is out for the season....

Kevin Youkilis out for season

By Steven Krasner

BOSTON -- If the Boston Red Sox are going to pull off a long shot and catch the Yankees or the Rays for a playoff spot, they're going to have to do it without Kevin Youkilis, their star first baseman.

An MRI performed in Cleveland on Thursday confirmed a tear in a muscle in Youkilis' right thumb, finishing the team's most consistently productive hitter for the season. He will have surgery to repair the tear in Cleveland on Friday.

Just lost a lot of respect for the MLB network.

They show the Blue Jays try for a No Hitter, the guys goes all the way till 2 out in the ninth before they give up a hit.
This is a 1-0 game with runners on 1st and 3rd and they turn the game OFF and go to something else.

With ONE OUT to go in the game, for a station that calls itself the MLB BASEBALL NETWORK this is pathetic and embarrassing.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::

actually they call themselves MLB Network. Major League Baseball (MLB) Baseball Network would be redundant now wouldn't it?

well the no hitter was gone but you're right. a 1-0 game they should keep showing
Hell they showed the Cubs/Reds game that was like 10-4 or something like that

Reds/Cardinals start a big series tonight. As a Reds fan being in a pennant race is like being in heaven after being in purgatory for the last 10+ years. I am just going to enjoy it and hope for the best.

What a starnge season for the Devil Rays. No-hit TWICE...almost a 3 times, and yet they have the 2nd best record in ALL of baseball. I was hearing over the weekend that they were very close in making deals before the trade deadline(3 deals, the other team could not decide on the 3 player involved in a trade)...but yet they could not pull the trigger on a bat.

WOW!!!...

Didn't see that one coming, but bring him on!!!...:D

Methinks he will only help the Reds stay in first, even if we have to use former Cardinals to do it!!!...

Did you see they traded Dickerson for him. FAIL!!!!!
