MLB 2010 Season

I might have had him confussed with someone else on the staff. And how can an elbo injury not be associated due to over use unless he was hit there?

The blame is sporadic, BUT with Baker's HISTORY of doing this....as someone has said here..."where there is smoke....."

Who are we blaming for Edinson Volquez's arm injury? - Big League Stew - MLB* - Yahoo! Sports

I really think some pitchers are just prone to such injuries. No way to really know for Volquez or anyone else. I had forgotten about him pitching in the WBC last spring. Couple that with 196 innings during 2008 may have done it.

Hopefully the WBC is permanently in everyone's rear view mirror. No way to quantify how many arm problems it contributed to.

Looks like Salsa was at last night's Indians-Yankees game ;)

A fan wearing a Miami Heat jersey of LeBron James drew the ire of the crowd at a Cleveland Indians game and was escorted out of the ballpark.

Fans in the left-field bleachers chanted obscenities and pointed at the man Wednesday night during the sixth inning of the game between the Indians and New York Yankees.

Hundreds of fans joined in before security led the man out of Progressive Field.

Last night there was an a*hole who wore a Miami LeBron jersey to bleachers section of the Indians/Yankees game. Security had to escort him out. He's lucky he made it out alive. What a jerk!

Check out the Youtube videos in the link for more examples on how the idiot was treated on his way out. Not in our stadium!!!!

No-class losers on both sides of that fight.

To make matters worse, the moron wears this shirt and acts like this the night the Yankees are in town. With a bunch of Yankee/Knick fans in attendance, Clevelanders and New Yorkers are finally in solidarity on something...this guy is an a******!!! ;) :D

You should be able to wear whatever you want whenever you want. I wore a Reds shirt to Wrigley Field and people said stuff to me, but I don't care. Reds were in first at that time and the Cubs were playing the Astros. :D

Interesting videos.I saw many nights at the Spectrum in Philly like that back in the 80s & 90s.Some jerk wore an 88 Lindros NY Rangers' jersey. He too was escorted out for his own safety.I have no problem with LeBron James going to Miami.I do with the way he did it.That fan should have used some common sense. You don't poke a Pi**ed off bear (Cleveland) with a stick. He could have got hurt. <lol>

You're right, you should be able to wear whatever you want whenever you want. But, you should also have common sense to know when not to wear something that you know will cause a $h!t storm, and this was a classic example.

...and something tells me, from looking at the picture, that guy may have been doing a lot more than just sitting there wearing the shirt. ;)

That means they must be showing the KCAL9 feed? I cannot watch it on MLBNet because it is blacked out in my area. I am watching it on KCAL9. If it is the same feed, why do they need to black it out?

It's ALWAYS a treat to hear Vin Scully call a game :up, but I find myself distracted by the Padres- Ray Kroc Era uniforms!

I find myself looking for Dave Winfield and Gary Templeton out there! :p

Funny, I have never been a big fan of the "easy-listening" tone of Vin Scully. I LOVED Harry Carry and Steve Stone. I LOVED George Grande when he did REDS games for Fox Sports.

Easy Listening? The guy has the most famous tone of excitement in most of the biggest plays in baseball history.

Listen to the attached file

Heck, one of the most famous football plays was called by Vinny
