Issue with GMA channels

Hi, is there a known outage of GMA channels on 118.7°W TP20?
Channels 9968, 9969, 9971, and 9972 all go out at once, usually with either partial signal loss or complete signal loss screen.
But the few other channels on that satellite (that are on free preview) consistently work fine (such as TV9 750 on TP2, test card 9583 on TP7, TV Japan 9989 on TP28). Thanks.

Here are my signal strengths:
TP 2 - 38
TP 7 - 50
TP 28 - 30
TP 20 - around 7 when having the issue, in the green otherwise

My setup:
VIP722 with DPP separator
power inserter
DPP44
DishPro Dual LNBF @ 61.5°W (inconsequential to issue at hand, AFAIK)
DishPro Dual LNBF @ 72.7°W (inconsequential to issue at hand, AFAIK)
Dish 500+ @118.7°W (110/119 not used)

Please advise.

I noticed that my TP20 is no longer in the green, even when not having the issue, in fact, it's usually firmly at 11 (yellow) when not having the issue...
Does anyone know typical signal strength for this transponder?
