How do I get a new AC Adapter for Mini Genie Client?

While moving around my Mini Genie Client, I accidentally ripped the cord out of the back, is it possible for DirecTV to send out a replacement one? Or do I need to try an online store for a replacement?

Which Genie Mini model are you concerned with?

You could certainly call DIRECTV Customer Service and see what they might offer.

Amazon has an H25 power supply fer cheap.

Thanks guys, called DirecTV, they are sending a replacement one out for it.

Also is the HR-44 an upgrade over the HR-34? I have the 34 Genie, and can upgrade for free on October 2nd. I am worried about the lack of news on an agreement with the NFL and DirecTV on the Ticket. I don't want to switch, but I love my Niners, so I need them every week. Anyway, is it worth the risk of a 2yr extension. Does anyone think anyone besides directv will have the Ticket in 2015 and beyond?

Replacing the HR34 with an HR44 isn't considered an upgrade by Directv.
