Hopper Rebooting

Hi -
About 2 weeks ago, our Hopper started rebooting on its own about every 10 min. It got very annoying. So after chatting with tech support they determined we needed a new receiver. I asked at the time, what if it is an outside cable or outside dish issue - they didn't believe it was and sent the new reciever. We activated that last night - now its doing the same thing. Have you heard of this happening? Wanted to try here before going back on tech support.
 
Yes, we have. What aggravates me is the cost to have a repairman come out to fix something that is not of our doing. Can you address why Dish charges for this service when it's your equipment, installation, etc. Don't companies stand behind their products anymore without charging the customer? Thank you.
 
There may be a charge for a tech as we don't include the technician fee as part of the monthly bill. By only charging for them when they are needed, we help keep your rates low. If you send me a PM with the account or phone #, I can look into the tech option further with you!
