Genie and Client setup, cant get client to program remote to match tv?

Just had a genie and client added to my home, i cant seem to get the client to find my sharp tv? When i go through the prompts it asks av1 or av2 ...not sure what this means? (maybe i should be selecting av2?) When i select av1 and then tell it i dont know my model it cant find it and locks up. Have to reboot to even get the remote to work the client box at that point. My tv is only about 2 years old its a Sharp LED model LC46LE810UN....this model is not listed.

Please help

Where the directions say "Device 1" slide the switch on the remote all the way to the right, where it says "TV" instead.
That should get you going. You may need to try multiple codes.
NOTE: Not all TV's work with DirecTV remotes.. but most do.
