defective hopper

well just got off the phone with dish there gonna send us a new hopper, been having issues with it rebooting when we go to use home media.

Does it reboot if you use Pandora, Facebook or game finder?

I done know haven't used those apps, but it reboots on the Joey and hopper when I go to fast forward in home media.
