Advance LNB voltages

We are using the Hopper 3 and the advanced LNBs ( not sure of the proper acronym), I wanted to use the inline Satellite Signal meter with a battery supplying the power. Back a few years you could do this with 2 9VDC batteries, did not work. I have the dish all aligned and the sat signals at 50 or above, so I measured the voltage from the receiver and got almost 27VDC, could this be correct or just improper loading?

Correct term is Hybrid LNBF. I believe the voltage is 20 volts.

Thanks for that info, I keep forgetting that term. I think I will try 3 9VDC batteries
