Speaking of the Jets, HBO Sports Documentary to air on Jan. 28th: "Namath" Should be good. Enjoyed "Lombardi" last year.

As a matter of fact, the "Lombardi" documentary was on this morning and I watched part of it. Very good stuff. The Namath one should be good too.

Salsa, I have to ask this and Im not trying to be a jerk. What hurt more, losing the "Tuck Game" or losing Super Bowl 37?

I think it is tied! LOL!

The "Tuck Rule" was something that hurt because that rule was never pulled out BEFORE that game and I think only twice since. The timing of that rule being pulled out also a huge factor. The fumble came at a crucial time of a playoff game where many thought the winner of that game would win the Super Bowl...which was the case when the PATS won. So JUST when all the anti-Raider conspiracy had somewhat died down... this play not only restarted and heated the rumors... it nuked it completely.

The Super Bowl was more disappointing than anything else, now that I think about it. Disappointing in the fact that the useless headcoach the Raiders had, from multiple reports, barely changed the offensive play book when he face John Gruden's Tampa Bay Bucs in the Super Bowl and in some cases, in the audio, you can hear the Bucs calling OUT the plays to the defense. It was awful.

So I will say, "Tuck Rule" 1 ... SB XXXVII loss, 1a.

Matt Leinart,Mark Sanchez.....You can only hope that Matt Barkley breaks the mode when he comes out in 2013. The former two Southern Cal QB's I've mentioned haven't done much to light up the NFL.

Actually,Barkley has already shown more character than Leinart & Sanchez by returning to Southern Cal for his senior season when there was no financial incentive for him to. He wants to help USC to go for a national championship rather than immediately "rake in the dough." Hopefully the NFL will look at that as a plus.

Add Carson Palmer to that list. USC running backs historically have been great. QB's, not so hot.

I have to ask, what is it about the idea of a healthy Peyton Manning & Andrew Luck on the same team that makes people act like it will upset the balance of nature & the world as we know it(I won't respond to this question because I have no answer to this dilemma)?
