I can't wait to see how Tim Tebow & the Broncos do against Tom Brady & the Patriots who are most likely the best offensive team in the AFC. if they(the Broncos) pass with flying colors,or at least defeat the Patriots without me pulling out all of my hair, then I'd like to see how they do in the playoffs against two of the best defensive teams in the AFC,the Steelers & the Ravens(providing they can defeat one of them to advance to face the other one). I don't think that the Texans can defeat the Patriots in the playoffs,so I believe that the AFC championship game will be played in Foxboro,MA. If.....if.....if.........the Broncos make it that far to be in the championship game........well,tune in to find out.

Well, they didn't keep it respectable did they? They got their butts handed to them, just like the Broncos did.

I surely don't need a Faider fan talking to me about class, they would need to have some........................:D

You are the only guy that comes on here ...ah hell, never mind not gonna waste my time with you...

I'm not going to go back in this thread to find the video again, but didn't Hochuli rule that the flag was for roughing the passer?? That call makes sense and is correct because while McCoy was running with the ball he was still behind the LOS when he threw the pass and thus was still afforded protection as a QB. Helmet-to-helmet, or not...

The official call was unnecessary roughness, which was the correct call. Defenseless or not defenseless makes no difference. It was exactly as Ed called: "unnecessary roughness". The same call would've been called whether McCoy was a kicker, receiver or QB.

Either way, we'll find out today what the NFL thinks.

IMO he is going to get fined no matter if it was legal or not because he is James Harrison. He was behind the line of scrimmage so that will probably be the factor.

Last night after the game Deion Sanders said it was a legal hit because the QB while running changed his position and Harrison couldn't react in time and that is when he hit his helmet with his.

It's funny when a steeler player hits another teams player people always say that's a dirty team or that's a dirty player but when someone hits Ben or another steeler player it's ok.

I have to say is that Ben is a real football player always having something broken and still playing and winning, I also think McCoy needs to get bigger, he looks like he is 12.

McCoy sat out one play and came back in after that brutal hit. You can knock a lot of things about McCoy, but toughness isn't one of them. He's got HUGE stones.

IMO I think most of the people have hatred for the steelers because the franchise since the superbowl has started been more successful than any other team.

People hate that steeler fans are known for being the best fans in football and that when they come to your town there will be steeler fans every where.

Plus I'm sure other fans hate the terrible towel, especially since it's all over espn.

This has nothing to do with hatred of your team. If Harrison was on the Carolina Panthers or Jacksonville Jaguars, two of the most sterile franchises in the NFL, and he delivered a hit like that on another player, I'd have issue with that too. The problem I have is the constant excuses Steeler fans have for dirty, illegal hits. Somehow, they're always the victim and everyone's out to get them, but they're never at fault themselves.

Facts only, please

Pittsburgh Steelers, established 1933 - 8 Superbowl Appearances, 6 wins, 2 losses

Denver Broncos, established 1960 - 6 Superbowl Appearances, 2 wins, 4 losses

I've already stated the Steelers are a world class organization.

Cleveland Browns, established 1946- 15 League Championship Appearances (AAFC and NFL Championships prior to the "Super Bowl"). 8 Championships in '46, '47, '48, '49, '50, '54, '55 and '64.

Steelers have Heath Miller, he was here long before Gronk, he's the best TE in the game, till the media started pumping Gronk.

Miller has been doing it for 7 years now.

WHO?! Oh no. Heath freaking Miller the "best TE in the game"?! Better than Gates, Jimmy Graham, Gronk, Tony Gonzo, Glark, Witten, Finley, Vernon Davis, Olsen, Ballard, Watson and Celek? Jimbo, you've just won the rose colored glasses of the year award for this post. Heath Miller isn't among the top 10 in the league, let alone "the best" TE in the game! My gawd that was a crazy statement!

Was anything broken or twisted? No he got hit in the head. Then his daddy had to complain to the media because the team let him back in.

He is a very good TE, bocking and catching, but no he isn't the best.

Thank you Marion Barber for helping the Broncos with that dumb ass play of going out of bounds when the Broncos had no timeouts left.... Jesus Christ...Tebow has players from othe teams doing him favors

Perhaps Tebow has voodoo dolls working against the opposing teams? Seriously, this is getting creepy how everything is working in his team's favor at the end of every game.

My head will explode if Denver beats the pats next week. There's just no way!!!!!! No way!!!

Never say never my friend. Tebow has proven us all wrong.

I think Denver should just roll with Tebow and the option offense. While the rest of the NFL has transformed to a pass heavy offense, the Broncos are going back to the run. Perhaps they're ahead of the next curve?

I love the way the Bears lose with class... Or at least the 3 line backers... Someone should remind them that "running back" won the game and will be in the playoffs while they sit at home and watch.

Amen...!

But like I said, Tebow maybe a born again, but he sold his soul to the devil for him to get the nod over Brady Quinn.

Quinn sold his own soul and possibly his NFL career when he chose to fly to his gymnastic girlfriend's aide when she needed surgery, instead of competing for Denver's starting QB position. This leave of absence occurred right in the heart of the QB controversy right before Orton was benched.

He thinks his guy is the best, that's fine, we're all entitled to our own opinion.

What baffled me was the "till the media started pumping Gronk" comment. Huh?

Having your brain bounce against your skull qualifies as a pretty bad injury. I agree McCoy's dad should've stayed out of this though.

I don't get it either. Is the media supposed to ignore Gronk's record breaking FIFTEEN TD's?! I mean, come on. We're talking about something a TE has never done before. It's history, not hype! Gronk IS the real deal.
