Well in those numbers they do not count dropped passes. and as anyone who has watched every snap of his last 7 starts will tell you that adds up to at least 2-3 per game. So when you are only throwing 10-15 times a game that really effects your %.

Dude. It's all relative. The Broncos aren't the only NFL team with receivers who drop balls. And a percentage is a percentage. One could argue that with Tebow throwing LESS, it will only HELP his %

That decision didn't really concern me. The decision to essentially "ice" his own kicker does though. He claims the ST coach said they "weren't ready", but if you look at Garrett's demeanor on calling the timeout, he wasn't in a huge rush/panic, which you would think he would be....

I look at it exactly opposite. I don't think icing has much effect on NFL kickers. Thirty extra seconds doesn't mean much.

But I do think not calling timout with 25 seconds left to at the very least think about the situation was assinine. By his demeanor it seemed like the entire situation overwhelmed Garrett, and a timout certainly would have helped.

not the type of passes these guys are dropping on a regular basis. You want last long on the Patriots dropping the number of passes Decker and crew have dropped. Sure we can put the blame on them getting thrown to so few times they almost forget they are playing the game but still. At this level you need to make those catches more times then not.

You've never tuned into a Browns game, have you?

3- Jets, Raiders, Bengals

And on a quick look, the Steelers have only beaten 3 teams with a winning record, Titans, Bengals, Patriots. And they are #3 and #5. Do they deserve it?

Looks like they actually have a weaker schedule than the Broncos.

BURN!!!! :)

Yep. Stools vs. #1 pass defense. The urine and black will have to run to win. Expect a tough game. Colty is reared up. Hillis is foaming at the mouth. My boys are bound to have a good game! We're over due!!

How many yards did you give to rice, over 200?

I would say he has proven himself as much as Big Ben did after 7 games his first season. If I recall, he had a pretty good year as a rookie.

Ok oneTebow has a QB rating of 43.0, and Ben in his rookie season had a QB rating of 98.1. The two aren't the same, when Tebow starts passing with regulatory than he might be considered a good QB.

Thanks Merrill cybok! ;)

To be fair you should really add that Roethlisberger came to an established team where his receivers were Hines Ward, Antwaan Randle-El and Plaxico Burress.

Tebow's top receivers are currently Eric Decker, Demaryius Thomas and Daniel Fells.

Huge advantage.

Jauron will have that defensive line shored up. Plus, you guys don't have a back anywhere near the caliber of Ray Rice.

Mendenhall is a good running back, yeah his numbers are down from last year but he can still run.

You still have to get the passes to the WRs.

BTW...it's cybok0 and Hodge was a great steeler.

It does in hindsight when the kicker makes the first kick, and misses the second...

The first kick was not made under a 'game' situation. The whistle was blown before the ball was snapped. After it was snapped, nobody moved except the holder and the kicker.

Actually, the kicker hesitated for a second...you could almost read his mind with him saying 'what the heck, I'll take a practice kick'.

Nobody tried to block the kick on the first attempt whatsoever....everybody stood there. Wasn't the same as a 'real' field goal try.

I could make a long rant about this and it would probably go back and forth like it always does with you but because Scott, ramy and Rey doesn't want that to happen anymore, so I will not do that anymore.
