Which Card Is Least Hit By ECM's

This is my very first post, so I apologize for my ignorance beforehand.
I have a 3100 receiver and would like to ask the following questions:

1/ How often does Dishnet launch ECM's?

2/ Which card type ( including atmega ) is least affected by ECM's?

Paid subscribers cards are the least hit by ECMs. Pay for your programming and you will never get an ECM!

Why Is Mikew Angry at Me

I am new to dish testing so I thought I would join this forum to learn more about this subject. Living in Canada, I thought dishnet would not be able to come after my IP address. Many of my friends said that members from this forum were the most helpful when it came to dishnet advice. Can anyone please tell me what I did to anger Mikew?

Dish testing = dish hacking = not paying for programming = higher prices for us that do pay. The membership agreement/terms of the forum don't allow discussing hacking/"dish testing". There are hacker forums for that. They ban users for discussing this.
