Which LNB is for which satellite?

They don't, that's why they're not on the list. They have to use the same way they have wit ha DPP LNB and a 42 Switch

The way they worded it though sounds like you can use this lnb with 42 and 44 switches. Basically doing away with wa dpp lnbs all together.

The feedhorn caps don't seem to be in the best possible condition.
So beware of the ingress of rain water....
