What's for dinner ?

Put 2 Red Chiles, 2 cloves Garlic, 1/4 White Onion, 1/4 Bell Pepper & 1 Hatch Green Chile in the blender, browned 1 lb lean ground beef & mixed the above with 1/4 diced White Onion & 2 Cups water & let simmer for 2 hours... served in bowls over crackers & grated cheese...

That sounds extremely easy and also sounds delicious. I might steal this one like I did your Mexican spaghetti recipe. I use that one every other month or so.
 
Browned 1 lb lean ground beef with 1/2 white onion diced & 2 tblspns minced garlic, added 3 Oscar Meyer Beef Franks and 3 dried red Chiles ground up in the blender along with a dash of ketchup & 1.5 cups of water... let boil, now simmering for awhile... (will serve over wheat bread with mustard)
 
Day after Thanksgiving sandwich. Turkey, dressing, cranberry, sliced green olives all on Sheepherder bread with lots of mayo. Yum! :hungry:
