I feel that video isn't honest about the Genie as most companies do and my Genie works fast Sean made me laugh also

Of course the video isn't honest about the Genie. I'm sure DISH is comparing the Hopper 2 to the HR34. Directv should bring out the HR44 to the CES floor and do a REAL comparison.

Since the Hr44 is STILL an unannounced product the only thing they could compare it to is the HR 34.
Personally I think the HR34 does some things better then the Hopper.

I never had a Hopper DVR but I will say I am impressed with the HR34's capabilities. It is a quick little device!

It's a one sided comparison that was done by Dish to promote their product. Do you really think Dish, or any other company, would make their flagship product look bad, especially in their own booth at CES?
I would of given the video some credit if it was made by an independent third party that actually did a comparison between the Hopper and Genie.
And I think the people who made the lame video are the same ones who make up the lame hawper commercials.

I was surprised when I saw it yesterday, it was a proud moment for me, all the Dish guys patted me on the back after I saw it the first time.
Yea I thought it was pretty sweeeet to see the satelliteguys logo in that video.:up Well deserved pats on the back.
