February will be another insane month for PS Plus members:

PS4: Outlast
PS3: Remember Me, Metro Last Night, Payday 2
Vita: Modnation Racers Road Trip, Street Fighter X Tekken

I'm personally most excited about Remember Me and Modnation Racers, which I've put nearly 200 hours into for the PS3 version.

I heard Remember Me is So-So. Metro: Last Light and Outlast are pretty sweet offerings.

I'm actually glad Remember Me will be free. I wanted to try it but the reviews made me move on to other things. It being free means I can fire it up and I can always quit after a few hours if I don't like it. You can do that with Gamefly too but my turnaround time is usually about a week so there is a little more penalty for picking a bad game. I would be really happy with Metro Last Light but I already bought it on PC.

I will also give Outlast a chance but I think that one might be more stressful than fun for me. I like games that have horror elements but I don't know if I would say I like straight horror. The fact that you are completely helpless in Outlast means I might not be able to stick with it long. I will give it a chance and see though.

Overall, that's a pretty good list of free games for PS+ this month.

Amazon updated their PC sales. Remember those $5 coupons you got for buying games last winter? Well, now the games are actually good. I may pick up Crysis 3 for $4.99 (after $5 off the $9.99 price.)

They updated again, although not much. I picked up a dual pack of Enslaved and Inversion for $2.49 (after $5 coupon from last year's sale.)

Interesting Humble Bundle this week. Sid Meier games are on sale, including Civ 3-5 and some of the lesser known SM games. You can get a bunch of great strategy games for less than a McD's Value meal.

If I didn't already have everything for Civ 5 except for the Brave New World DLC I would be all over this. You have to pay $15 or more if you want the Brave New World DLC included in the bundle. That's still a good deal to get everything at only half of what the Brave New World expansion costs on Steam by itself but it's more than I'm willing to spend on it.

I bought the Civ 5 Gold Edition which included everything before brave new world in a Steam sale. I think I got it for $12.49.

GOG is doing some nice things today:

First off, you can get the classic Dungeon Keeper for free (as opposed to the piece of crap "Free to Wait" version that's on Android and iOS.) Also they have some INSANE deals on Multiplayer games, like the new Rise of the Triad for $2.99 (normally $15.)

Apparently today has become a big sales day for Digital games..

Amazon has a sale. Typical of what we saw for Christmas and the such, although you can get Crysis 3 for $5, a game I'm currently playing and am having fun with (will have a review eventually if Titanfall and Dynasty Warriors 8 don't take up too much time.) Definitely worth a look.

Steam is having a sale too. Not too much to write home about but worth a look. You can get Gone Home for $7.99 and some other good discounts. The Novelist looks appealing at 40% off, but I know if I wait I can get it cheaper so I'll likely abstain.

Crysis 3 will be VERY nice eye candy for your machine. On my budget minded "power" PC it's easily one of the best looking games I've ever seen and great to look at, and it's not even running on the highest specs. It may not be the most FUN game you've ever played, but it's a beauty to look at.
